Airport express for my iPad

I would love to play my iPad ( my iPad is the first one that came out) and blue tooth to my stereo system.
is airport Express the only company out there that works with the iPad?

You can buy a Bluetooth speaker with output line such as uniden BTSC1300 about 25 dollars

Judging from google, those are only available in AU and NZ.
And it seems like the OP already has a stereo that they want the music to come out of - they just need to stream it there somehow. Something like this:
