A turbine? Can you post a screenshot please? Is it a new "tool" they want us to beta-test? I suppose turbines will be needed to upgrade the hydro power plant.

I filled your chlorine container. I have set up the big upgrade, mine for aluminum, chemical plant to acid, second chemical plant to chlorine, oil refinery to level for (diesel), cosmetic factory to lipstick, food processing to cakes (level 5), garage, and I will buy my last warehouse. I need 7 million to do it and I have 2 million as of now. I can get about 500k during the week each day and 1 million on the weekend including this Monday. So if my math is right, I will have (4x500k is 2 mil and 3x1mil is 3 mil for a total of 5 mil). So the big upgrade will be next Sunday. I deleted a whole bunch of happiness buildings so all of the above factories will be active at the same time. I will also start making my way to the hydro plant quest. Should finish the bridge during the week. I hope they have a challenge this week that does not include spending city credits for a nice happiness payout with low energy usage. I could use a few of those events to get my happiness to 200k. I will spend all my city credits on turbines for the next couple of weeks. I can get about 1 a week if I am lucky on the port. The port has been very good to me since I can get nearly two a day, at least recently. I take it that you are saving your city credits, nice to have that special purchase. Maybe I will get it soon. Why can't I have enough trucks? Lol. This port in a lot of ways is killing my game. Can't really make money while doing port items. These high end factories has half my factories sitting and I am still in debate on making another chem plant. You almost need to build 10 of these suckers just to keep up with thickeners, acid for radio components, dye and foam for the Cosmo products but that would require multiple upgrades to truck facility and I still think there won't be enough trucks when we get to the max lvl. To top things off how much money am I losing concentrating on port items. May need to shift gears for a few weeks. GI you definitely put a big twist to this game for better or worse unsure just yet but definitely a whole lot more complex decision making on which direction to proceed. Work on coins or city credits hmmm!?

Going after city credits is a no brainier since its the only way I get them besides the weekly 3 and 4 for getting to a new level. I have already had 21 full ships since I got the port. I doubled up on the chemical and oil refinery to support the cosmetic factory. I have postponed going after radio components until I get more energy. I need the city credits for the energy. I have 19 storage containers that allow me to move a bunch of factories around to optimize my chances of getting the ship filled, daily contests and the 2 daily contests. I only compete for the silver medals on dairy related products since cottage cheese is the best bet for quick cash. Good luck.
