Nope. Haven't even started it yet. Don't know if it's a glitch because it seems i'm the only one with this. it changed today half way through sending gifts. So no tools to give out for the time being.

Try sending it again in a while, you may be able to. I would be a very happy recipient
I have a similar problem with the free gifts practically every day. It shows N number of gifts available but when I try, I cannot send them. I have to wait for an hour or three.

Idea was to use it on the big power plant

I was under the impression you were talking about buying "stadiums" with a discount card, sorry if I misunderstood. I am not sure you can use your discount card with the big power plant when it is on sale because the bonuses don't stack if I remember correctly.

Week 1 maxed out neighbors visits and not 1 ruler....if this is based on luck then I guess I have to say to GI "how lucky do you feel with getting me to buy city credits in the future"? Until I finish this hydro plant is my guess...this quest is a rip off.

Got 3 compasses in less than 6 hours. I don't have any business cards and won't buy them. The bridge safe is out of the question.

The business card drops r so slow its ridiculous. And the only benefit to the bridge is expanding to the other side. I only did it because I already had regions near the bridge.

I need it for the happiness. Just thought it was worth a try for the safe. My first two daily challenges had the business card offered. I missed on the short task but got the long task. The question is, if the business card shows up with the prize, is it a sure thing that I will get the business card?

Yes. As long as the business card shows as a prize, you will get it if you complete the tasks. Just make sure you participate in the contests to win the medals and you have at least 2 friends below level 11.

I got 5 below 11. I can compete well with dairy and farm products and usually place when I do compete. I didn't bother with the cocoa challenges this weekend.

So now, I am mind-bugging myself : buying it now with a discount, or wait for the sale?
Have 260 credits, so I could buy it.

Progressed to the next stage of the hydro plant - I need 10 rulers; I suspect that this is going to be a long haul like the steel details - visited the max amount of friends without a single drop - do I brace myself for a two week wait? This is painful stuff.

Your not alone, I have had the turbine 3 times in the last 2 weeks, I just give flower beds instead
