Commercial port question : filled all my normal containers except one. Then filled the vip container. After that I filled the last normal container so the ship left. No triple reward.... Do you have to fill the vip containers first of all ? Or do I have another ticket to raise here ? ... Puzzled....

When you fill the VIP container you get 3x the normal sell price of the product(s) required. That's the reward, and you get it immediately after your complete the VIP container (click the pop up coins to check). Doesn't matter to the reward for the total cargo load at all. Just a bonus for doing the VIP. And if you want the VIP reward you must fill it before your last cargo container, otherwise, your ship will sail. Hope that makes sense.

this is so frustrating. You are talking the whole time about the port, container, golden anchors...... My port is still not working 3 weeks after completion.
And from GI support I receive every week the same answer: "We are still working to fix your issue with the Port.
Thank you for your patience."
My patience is about to end. But maybe I get my money back. lol

That is a bummer, I did not receive my safe for the port but GI did correct the problem. Upgrades are proceeding well. May take to Monday to complete.

No, never really had a chance at it. Got the safe for the port a week after my ticket was submitted.

I am not sure but I did my neighbors visits every day and didn't get any rulers. I think they need to code in the drops...it is odd that no one is getting any...we all can't be unlucky....someone somewhere should have gotten something by now and from those of us on here no one is getting them...it is a GI problem that they don't want to fix.

Phew that was a lot of pages to catch up on. Been busy working so been just squeezing in time to fill friends containers and whenever possible sending friends ships on there way. I forget who it was but this morning had 5 min. to spare before there ship was to set sail and was able to fill there last 2 slots with radio comp. looks like GI CS and rulers are still non existent not a surprise. Thanks to all who have helped me and I may not be in the forums much due to work but I am still out there in BB land trying to do my part. It's Alaska so gotta make the money during the summer.

Of course they have to quickly fix the bugs that favor us players but take forever on bugs that benefit the (ie rulers
