Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on the port and I was wondering if I still need to collect the steel details before sending out taxi's? I have 10 donut shops and still don't get the steel details. If I look to the EF you only get those collectible things when in the appropriate part of the challenge. So....just wondering what's happening?

The trick for sending taxi out after collecting steel details used to work. I have read that some say it don't work. After the latest BB update I am thinking GI found out about this trick and changed it but never fixed the elusive rulers that I have yet to see going on how many weeks which I lost count already. You should know by now anything that benefits the player GI can't accept. They want to exploit your money and that is all they care about.

I'm pretty sure the ruler thing is a bug... I checked, and even RussianWorld and Mockba haven't finished their hydro plants. Should be very simple to fix though, not sure why GI is taking so long.

Why is saving fake money so hard? Halfway to saving 1M coins for some upgrades, and it is burning a hole in my pocket. Every time I turn on the game I'm tempted to buy something I can already afford. I can already tell the 7M coin achievement is going to be very difficult for me.

Why so quiet today? Havingfun99, I can now make lipstick. Can you help me out with radio components? It was a nice weekend in Massachutettes so I did not poke all day for coins so I fell a bit short on my goal. I did get garage cleaned, yard mowed and rearranged the basement.

Haha, simple? If it is a bug, it is not going to be fixed until everyone becomes ineligible for the safe, i. e., starts the hydro plant & spends a year trying to collect their first ruler.
Abysmally low drop rates is a norm for GI games. I was surprised it was relatively painless during the ET construction. In Paradise Island (which I keep only because I foolishly invested a bit of real money in it when I started playing) the item dropping rate of, say, rings and pearls can be once a month. And you need hundreds of those items in order to construct "wonders" and repair the bridge. If you are impatient you can of course spend real money to buy stuff... wink wink, nudge nudge. That's the idea.

I have a couple of components ready for you when needed. Glad you can now be covered on lispticks. Got my 2nd chemical plant to level 3 - so soon I can make more acid, and hopefully thickeners on that one as well.
Spent 8 medals on a hammer, for just upgrading the chemical to level 3 (needed chlorine for my ship) and furniture to level 5.

Well, I got my safe. I got a request yesterday from Yana to provide with screenshots (including description on how to do on iPad.).
I took a picture of my bridge. I took a picture of my blueprints - showing that I only had the 3rd one, for the port. Mentioned that I obviously could not show when I began, but it was around Friday, May 31 at 19.00 Moscow time.
Now I just got the safe content.
So - must say, I have had no bad experience with their customer service - which is not what I can say about Hotels.com and their customer service. But, that is a different story.
