Is anyone else having issues reaching support? I keep getting a message they are temporarily down. Maybe I have complained too much and they blocked me from getting help lol

City: Geldville player level 52 Player name: Germanmajor and I am from rural Maine. Tools are always appreciated for upgrading buildings.

Hey all, been awhile. Working towards 10 sushi bars, admin/garage upgrades, electricity, and land for a sawmill/furniture factory. Then probably a bunch more entertainment buildings, admin/garage upgrades, electricity, and land for a refinery, toy factory, and chemical plant. Then a whole bunch of expensive upgrades for those factories. Then it will be time to go for the commercial port. All of this is painfully slow when your playing time is about 1 hour/day and your city income is about 100k/day.

OLD QUARRY QUESTION: after I got the limestone from the quarry for the ET, it completely shut down. I could not relocate it, pump it out and use it or anything. I sent a ticket to GI and was told to demolish it and there was a quarry way out in left field that I could then relocate to my city. I have continued to have this problem and ended up with 4 quarries in my city at one time, three of which were unusable. I agree with many on this forum that GI was not helpful. So I'm wondering is this the way the quarry works? Seems useless to keep relocating a new quarry to the city and one I had upgraded to level two and completely lost it. GI gave me some coins and credits but I'd rather have a working quarry that does not keep shutting down. Sorry for the lengthy question:-)

That is definitely a technical issue. The quarry should work as any other factory works. Sorry to hear that problem.

Yeah been a big while since I made the 12 hr stuff. Surprised balloons have not been called for that I know of except the left side challenge when I bought the toy factory

No, it is not how ANY structure is supposed to work. I've never heard of any major issues with the old quarry (that is not to say they are non-existent) but some people reported a similar bug with the terminal. GI CS proved to be useless; they are basically a bunch of random hacks with attitude. Let's hope your last quarry will function properly. Just in case, take screenshots and save all emails. If you continue having problems and they close your ticket or refuse to help (which they did on numerous occasions) you should complain to iTunes. You might get refund. Good luck.

I'm working towards the 7 million achievement...at 3.5 mil right now. I'm hoping to get there before warehouses go on sale again so I can use the money to buy the other 4 warehouses we can have. I need the space so I can save up items to help people with containers. Then I will use the rest of the money it to do some upgrades: mainly to my garage, admin building, and terminal, but possibly some factories as well. I hope they have another mini challenge again soon for a building with lots of happiness...I love those! I'm also getting close to the end of the Eiffel Towel quest. But getting those 10 silver medals is going to be tough for me.
