Big Business - game discussion

I am clueless but curious too.

I have found my rating goes up on the precision when I move my buildings around a lot....move them back and forth for a few days in a row and your rating should go up...at least that is my experience. Not sure what good it is for...

I asked GI and they confirmed it was how quickly you collected from your buildings. If you collect when they finish you get a point.

Just checked this out: looked up my precision score, returned to the game, waited for three factories that were about to finish, collected their goods immediately, went back to my ratings, and hey presto! I'd gone up by three points.

On the one hand, that's good news, as I'd thought I'd read somewhere that precision was based on clumping all types of each building together - which in some cases looks absolutely horrible and un-villagey and I do like the place to at least look like a village :-) On the other hand, it's terrible news, because my attention wanders so much I'm seldom there to pick up products the moment they complete. Either way, I'm never going to do well in the precision ratings!

I'm not sure on that one. When I needed the achievement for moving stuff I was constantly moving stuff didn't t notice any precision gain. Hell, now the only movement is back and forth from storage.

Looks like you can build more than 1 of the Breakdance Floor. The items carry over to get another one if you keep producing the items. I can't take advantage of it because it will take 2 days for the candy.

After collecting rulers (haha) for close to 2 months I collected all 10 rulers today. Maybe GI is getting tired of all the complaints about this issue and fixed it.
Now to make my 10 shirts.
Yeah, I noticed that you can build more than 1 breakdance floor..working on my last 2 candies and 10 more sour creams and I will be done for the second one...at least is a good pay out even though the population level won't put a dent in what I need for my next level.

Every little bit helps. I am hoping we should be able to put more buildings into active duty as the happiness goes up.

A thought for discussion: what if, when you are done upgrading a factory to max, you are able to upgrade to another level, which cuts production tome. It could be 5%-10% per upgrade. This really affects the long term projects.cheese becomes 13.5 with 10% off, but pillows save 72 mins and construction blocks an hour, not to mention thickener is 36 minutes shorter. Comments?

That would be interesting.

Love that idea. Lets hope GI is reading this. And I hope they increase the happiness, decrease the pop requirement and add more buildings.

Coming up to Big Business first anniversary, it was first released on 4th August last year. I wonder if they have anything special planned? If so I like the idea of higher levels on some of the factories as Racket suggests, it would certainly keep us interested, the more simultaneous challenges there are the better! Also we have a number of areas on the map still unexplained.... Just a shame I am never going to get into the position to buy another factory.....

They did some stuff for Paradise island Anniversary so I can't see why they would not do it for BB as well. Maybe a cake with big "1" on it, which generates presents every 8 hours. You will have to collect candles and buy suitcases to build something that raises your citizens happiness 4000 points. Yay! 4000 down, 900,000 to go.
