I was afraid of this, so I'm not even gonna bother now that I know you can't put it in storage....
I need about 2 million more population, so this gives me more reason to stop paying this game...

I feel better it happened to be with credit and cash .. I almost had 100,000 for the award and both times it happend on expansion grrrrrrrr

Btw does anyone recommend getting a second college to speed the process up?

No you don't need an extra college. All you have to do is keep some trained people on hand. Don't wait until you need them, else you will wish you had extra colleges. I try to keep about 6 drivers and workers and a couple of the others on hand.

A challenge indeed. 252 cookies and 102 Muesli !! I better get to it.... I hope the factory does not need other goods to make the items with, if not, it does look quiet profitable..

Name: Rikmondo (no more spending) City name: Rikville Level. 60. Needs: hammers, please.

I thought I had a lot of cookies to make at 108. 252 is way overkill. Sorry dude

Don't bother with the contest unless you can build a building because they won't let you put it in storage. I need almost 2 million population before I can build it and I met the production requirements.

Oh rats, yeah I guess they only give you that option with entertainment buildings not industrial ones. Population only applies to industrial buildings like the event. That sucks. Especially of you make all the items and then can't take it. I had put port and challenges on hold for this building. Now I guess I will abandon the event

Wow, that's not cool at all. I guess I'm giving up on it now. Back to working on my port items...

Well that sucks big time! But you can put the $ factories in storage to use later. Great going GI. You score another nail in the coffin.

Thanks for the heads up. I have abandoned the challenge to get back to my port. I would of needed 630k population to buy a factory but I am currently at 230 population.

How does the port work? I see a neighbor needs soap/shampoo and below it says $10,980
Do I get that money for filling it or that's how much I have to pay plus supply the port?

You get that money for giving them the supplies they need. It is the price you would get for selling the item, plus I believe 5%.

I bought the mine with saved up credits and it put it into my storage and now i can use it. This is not so with the post office? I am at 250,000 and need 950,000 to buy a new factory, but it still worked for the mine. Are we sure that gi has screwed us on this one? If so, i can only imagine more people will abandon ship. Sad. I like the idea of the post office, but am still holding out hope for a sports factory or a brewery!
