[GAB IV]

I know a lot of people have had trouble with GI responding to problems. I've only had to interact with them once. I finished building the port within the time frame, but did not get my safe. I messaged them and just stuck to the facts. I wasn't rude, or nice...just to the point. At first they said I hadn't completed it within the time frame, but when I went back and check on the dates and times myself, I knew I had finished it within hours to spare. I clarified to them how I felt I had completed it in time with a very lengthy and detailed explanation and they eventually gave me what I had earned.

Just my experiences, but I know others have had worse. It doesn't hurt to try and message them and see what happens. I will be doing the same thing when I finish it. Maybe if enough of us message them with the same problem, and do it nicely and not yelling and being mean, they will give us the building in storage. Doesn't hurt to try!

Thanks Major, sorry for doubting you. I just could not accept being screwed by GI like that. But yes that confirms it.

Lets try another angle. Do you have space in your WH? Wondering if you did not get the storage option because your WH is full

Possibly, but I've been given the option to put a building In storage even when it has been full before. But try it, you never know.

You have to close the game and when you reopen it will reward you if it has been 24 hours since last reward
