Thanks for pointing that out....tell me what is the reason to compete in the contests now? Unless you need silver medals to buy the big hammer for updates thereis none. I can't get enough factories now to try for the top prizes so this is still another blow to what use to be a good game to play. Thanks GI for giving us another game spoiler.

Ok I am new to the games. Not enough of anything to do daily contest yet. But I must be missing something, I only see a 90 gold difference in the gold. I am not trying to be ugly like I said I just don't know what I am not understanding because I don't do them yet.

When you make items for the contest you are supposed to get a bonus when you sell them. Therefore, even if you dont place you make more money. What Spike said was instead of getting a bonus, you actually make less than what you normally have. Looks like a programming error AND there are way too many of those!
Also I did an experiment today on the concert by request bonus (at top under population). The time reduction only affects production you start after using it. The productions you already have going are not effected. This would be useful on quarry instead of using a credit to get the last item. But you have to use concert before starting production!

Thanks for pointing this out to me. You know, I'm a pretty mellow dude, but this really bothers me a lot (and I would use much stronger language here- even though I don't curse very often)! Why are they purposely sabotaging their game? I just don't get it! Do they think they are Google and can get away with this stuff?

It's the same with the population growth, only affects new starts after starting bonus, not for anything already started

I see that in a couple of builds (Eiffel Tower and Commercial Port) there is one task that says "Collect 500 Energy." To date I have not seen how you can collect energy. Am I missing something really basic, or does the ability to collect energy only start when you start the task? The only energy I see in the game interface is up on top (the 25/25 thing). The only time I have had to use that energy is on special tasks like say "Meet 100 Journalists" in the River Bridge construction. If I don't have a similar task active while the task kicks in for the ET or CP, how do I go about collecting energy?

I am planning on starting the hydro plant, but have a few questions: 1)15 paper in the WH- do I have to have it all in there at the same time (not use it after it is made until I reach 15), will it disappear after 15? 2) The same goes for milkshakes and the cookies? 3) Aluminum- all 40 at one time? Pre-made?
