Can anyone tell me what requirements I need fill in order to gift turbines? I need turbines, but I hate groveling without being able to pay some back with same.

hi, if I could offer a suggestion, I would expand your city to the port like Janie is doing. I will gift chisels when I can.

i I read this too late and expanded the other way!! What would you build first between college, research centre and dairy farm? Only have enough for one of them at the mo!

i I read this too late and expanded the other way!! What would you build first between college, research centre and dairy farm? Only have enough for one of them at the mo!

When I starting the resource centre did not exist so I do not know from experience when you should buy it. However I seem to remember at the start never having enough money and so given a choice between the three the dairy farm wins.
