But I have not received any response till now (of course).
I won the "SuperEvent" twice. ( I had to produce only 10 choc, 36 tea, 21 milkshake ))
So, GI owes me another 2 cinemas. LOL

Any similar cases out there?

Yep mine is gone too. I had mine up and running and it shut down on its own. When I restarted it I was at the very beginning again.

My game just reset to the beginning. I was level 48 and have spent nearly $100 on my progress. Has this happened to anyone else and if so can it be rectified?

I was logged out to read these and did not have a problem logging back in. Podunk is still up and running. Now I'm afraid to log out again! Hope it is rectified for all of you soon.

Game Crash and Lost All Progress

I am on level 58 and 97% of the way to level 59 and my game crashed. I tapped on one of the offers on the right hand side of the screen and the game reset back to the beginning. All my progress is lost. Is there anything we can do? I have sent GI a message.

Maybe God is trying to tell us something, folks.

Me too, clicked on the icon on the right and poof all was gone. Don't know what to do now, please keep us all informed if anyone has a reply.

City name Foxhall. Player name Foxtrotter now level 1 formerly level 58.

This is very upsetting, on the positive side anyone still able to play should be able to complete their bridge now with friends under level 11 lol.

It all seems to be so random. I clicked on one of the three icons on the right and got kicked out. When I re-opened, only one icon was there, but my game is still in tact.
