Unfortunately it won't let me do anything at all. That splash screen doesn't go away and it won't let me click anywhere and the houses don't progress to where I can collect again. So I'm pretty much left to the mercy of GI!

Sorry to hear of everyones issues. Hope they do get resolved. I count myself lucky this time that i had no issues but i did get the restoration window. So maybe GI is rolling out the restoration window to everyone regardless of whether you lost progress or not. So fingers crossed for you guys that are still waiting for it to appear.

I've restarted the game and completed the tutorial 3 times but never receive the restore pop-up. I have let GI know and like you am waiting for them to figure it out. Hopefully they're able to get me restored. Ugh

I just got an achievement called " doomsday, survived the apocalypse". I have no idea why, but it gave me a lot of credits so I'll take it. This happened right as I reopened the game and it finally didn't give me the restore window. The restore countdown would have been at zero, because the last one said I had one chance left to restore. Btw, I never lost any progress.

I also got the achievement. It is probably the reward they mentioned yesterday on Facebook. I got a reward of 70 - yes 70 - credits! Thank you GI!

I didn't get the achievement..... But my game never crashed so this may be why.
I have received 50 credits and also if you check at the top, I have received one of each of the super bonus.
Having looked, the Doomsday special achievement is worth 20 credits, hence why you got 70!

I too didn't have any gaming issues. But I did get 50 credits. Now when is the thanksgiving challenge coming?

Well I got the 50 CC and the achievement but then they turned around and took it back! So put in a ticket!

I spent the 50 city credits immediately on the twin turbine. I don't want to fat finger away 60 city credits on land by accident. After I got the power, I purchased 8 merry go rounds and a dolphinarium. After the build time, I will be able to get another factory of my choice. I will be at 403,000. I was lucky in that the hiccup actually made me coins because when I pressed the icon on the right, my game crashed but in a good way, I filled my port but the items remained in my warehouse so I sold the excess. Probably the only time it will be in my favor.

I am feeling guilty. My game didn't crash but I got the 50 cc and the 20cc from the acheivement. So now I consider GI and are about even with the amount of real money I have spent on the game.

Don't feel guilty at all. Just remember all of the times we have been slighted by them. Thy owe us that and more.
