Ok I have been away for a bit. However I need some advice. I have been working n opening the port since idk like before thanksgiving. I am stuck on the Steele detail drops from the donut shops. For like 6 weeks now I have gotten not even the first one. 2 tickets later I keep getting the same response about the luck of the drop. Can someone please give me some advice about what to so?

The corp is Lions Den. We have 6 great players who communicate and work together. we need only 4 more players to complete our max allowed. Hi, I'm at the same point as you, collecting steel details. If have been collecting for 8 days now and have 24. So there is clearly something wrong with your game! I'm not at all surprised that GI is giving you the runaround because that's how they seem to operate. I would however definitely write another ticket if I were you. Best of luck!

My Quarry problem was fixed by GI:
Dear player,please follow this instruction to resolve the issue:
1) Open your quarry and press 'Demolish'
2) Scroll to the left corner of your map - there you will see the quarry.Try to move it to your town. If this Quarry get only the 'Demolish' option you need to use it to release the building.
So I demolished it, then it appeared in the upper far left corner of the map, then I demolished it again, then I moved it to any place in my city that I wanted it to be, and now it produces Limestone.

Good for you, hope it continues to work. I also had a quarry problem but the fix you just mentioned only lasted about a day. I did those steps over and over (demolished it like 40 times!) for about 6 weeks until it was finally fixed! Hope this does not happen to you.

Well, maybe GI isn't all bad. I put in a ticket a few weeks ago, and not only did they actually agree with the problem I was having and credit my account the coins I was due, they gave me 50 city credits for the hassle! See photos for the details...

I just managed to open my port in less than 10 days. I was enormously excited to accomplish this but the promised goodies did not materialize 
. I thought I was supposed to receive 25 cc and a bunch of other things. I wish I had taken a screenshot of what the prize was to be! If there is anyone out there who has not yet opened the port could you please post a screenshot of the things GI says you will receive?

Well done, I know the feeling as this happened to me as well and quite a few others. With me I sent a ticket to GI and they fixed it quite quickly. They will probably ask for a screenshot and want to know what level you are at so send these with your complaint. The easiest way to check if you have received anything is to check if you have the blueprint.

Really do not understand this new corporate scoring. Can someone explain the differences, as far as I am concerned any corporation who completed in under 2.5 days should be equal top. Whatever points are given should be then shared by the members but in no corporation is this the case.
