Documents To Go alternative - need to move folders

Hey all,

Can you recommend any alternatives to Documents To Go?
I need to sync/copy folders from my PC to my iPad. A lot of apps can sync files through iTunes or Wifi, but I want to sync folders (with sub folders) so they are usable offline on my iPad.
I´ve tried Goodreader, but they don´t do the work… I don´t need cloudservices like Sugarsync

I want the program to only sync files that have been changes/removed/added (since last sync) like a briefcase.

Take a look at the app iFiles ($3.99, USD). With it, you can use WiFi or Bluetooth to transfer files between your PC and iPad. I'm not sure about the syncing, but I know you can transfer documents easily back and forth - and it's very easy to do the swipe/delete to get rid of the old document or folder.
