Email/Calendar Accounts Settings Frozen

For some reason, one of my accounts seems to have an issue checking mail from the mail server. When you click "mail, contacts, calendars" the entire settings screen freezes up (it never displays my accounts).

I have killed the mail app, reset/restarted the ipad, reset settings, and tried a backup/restore to no avail.

I have a feeling that if I remove the offending email account, the issue will go away, but I can't remove the account as the settings screen freezes.
