After the Hairy Bikers did a TV programme on cauliflowers in which they made cauliflower cheese, I was literally drooling & went straight to the kitchen to make it for supper!

The reason it made me so drooly was the huge amount of cheese they put in the sauce & on top for browning.

Not so much a polite suggestion of a flavour but a whack you between the eyes!! The exact way I would make it anyway. Lucky we both like it like this

Same here. We have added sliced hard boiled egg laid over the cauliflower and then topped with cheese. I like to brown the dish under the grille. The brown and crispy bits of cheese are especially tasty.

Lol. I love cheese, have no use for cauliflower. I'll take broccoli, kale, spinach, etc., over it any day.

The only way I remember enjoying cauliflower was as a preschooler, stamping out pictures with halved florets of cauliflower dipped in paint, lol. They were supposed to be images of little trees.

Lol. I love cheese, have no use for cauliflower. I'll take broccoli, kale, spinach, etc., over it any day.

I used to detest parsnips boiled. Now I love them, roasted.

With macaroni cheese we add in sliced tomatoes and sliced boiled eggs. That is delicious as a meal

We have Cauliflower with a white sauce and cheese and bacon bits.....Then pop in the oven......delicious!

Pringles sound good!
I sometimes mix grated cheese with grape nuts which makes a topping to die for. But don't stand in the way of the rush as it comes out of the oven
