Breaded catfish, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese, mac and cheese, and a salad for dinner. Cheesecake and coffee for dessert.
Gabriel1 said:There is a programme on BBC2 right now which is part of a series of four episodes, called "Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure". It looks fabulous and really gets into the heart of the place, I'd recommend it to anyone who has access to the BBC iPlayer and is interested in Asian food and/or culture.

Having fresh pineapple and papaya. Both are so good, but what a lot of work to get to. If all food took this much work, I'd starve.
LOL--I have my dad do it for me--he can cut open a pineapple or papaya in no time!! I wouldn't ever buy a pineapple to cut myself, just can never do it right!! I feel the same way as you do, but also with seafood: crabs, crab legs, shrimp. Anything that you have to peel which makes your hands all wet and grubby. It may be fun the first time, but than that novelty wears away!
Just had an open top chicken breast sandwich and a lemonade! For dessert, going to have a crunch white peach!!
