He originally got some recipe off the Internet and has modified it and is one of those cooks who eyeballs instead of measuring. Helpful, huh? Sorry. He said he originally googled, looked through a bunch of recipes and picked one that sounded like a reasonable start, then experimented. He also makes some kind of vanilla rum sauce, instead of the usual cream cheese sauce.

I made a spicy garlic chicken stir fry with green/red bell peppers and pea pods over brown rice. Turned out pretty good!

Dinner tonight was medallions of beef, asparagus and rosemary-garlic roasted potatoes.

I'm now drinking carrot-apple-ginger juice, which my husband made. He's spared me his disgusting leafy greens version, which he made for himself.

Thanks. I'll bear that in mind. I have one, who is a member here. The other one is a friend. They spend most of their lives on FaceTime, so I figured today was time to dump iPads and get some exercise.
