Pancakes for us, too. My husband is making blueberry multigrain ones. I like them because he throws in loads of blueberries and you can't tell they're multigrain, lol.

It was super duper good!! I was surprised, because I had to do the quick boil method. Forgot to soak the beans overnight as I usually do, so had to boil for an hour!! Tasted awesome!! :)

Chinese for dinner. Kettle corn now.

I hear ominous sounds from the kitchen, where my husband is on a juicing kick. He's been making me horrid healthy drinks out out green vegetables. Yuck going down, and worse aftertaste. He makes me laugh, saying, you can drink your whole day's veggies in one glass. I don't really want a day's worth of veggies in a glass, but I don't want to hurt his feelings, so bottoms up.

Ahh. But it's good for you Kay!

I do know what you mean though. I prefer them in something tasty. Lol

Snap. Kay's post reminds me of the puréed veg our niece's chef husband served one Christmas lunch. Eugh...

Then, when our niece and family were with us last year, she served up smoothies which were sour. My DH didn't drink hers, but I suffered out of politeness. ;)

I like vary tart smoothies, like lime and cranberry, but that's a personal pref. A house guest asked me to make him one, too. I notice he didn't finish his, lol.
