No Worry--I think we both had the idea of making a pot of soup today...sure is frigid out there! Plus, my husband is sick...so this should help him feel better!

Took King Crab out of the freezer for tonight's dinner.

Haven't decided yet what I'll make from it, but I know it will be good. :)

Grasshopper Pie without green food color. This pie is like a dream. Soft, fluffy, and sooo tasty it's dangerous. Lol

Having cold Chinese leftovers because I woke hungry and hubby has not woken yet to make breakfast.

We had Peking duck the traditional way last night, served in three courses -- crispy skin and pancakes first, then stir-fried duck meat with preserved veggies, and duck soup third. I'm polishing off the stir fry.

Vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and milk. I tried giving up sweets for Lent, but the temptation was too great. It's a little piece, if that counts. Lol
