I make a vegetable lasagna using Gouda instead of Mozzarella.

Just had fish fingers, Yorkshire puddings, tomato pasta and peas. Lol. An unusual assortment which kind of works. To finish, a lovely, rich hazelnut chocolate Torte. Yummmm
