Waking up and having my oatmeal. I'm trying to doctor is a little with a bit of brown sugar and green apples. Also having toasted Italian bread with cheddar cheese slices on top. Finally downing it with a strong brewed coffee!!
Time to wake up!!
Oatmeal is very healthy. I've had oatmeal and dry toast every morning for the past decade and my doctor says that may be the reason my blood pressure is 110 over 78 at 50 years of age. Good choice of breakfast
