It was definitely worth the cry cutting up the green onions! Lunch was just wonderful!

Sounds like great food and fun, Skimonkey. What are magic bars? I like the sound of those!

Magic bars have everything that's good: a graham cracker crust, Carmel, chocolate, walnuts, and butterscotch chips on top! They are cut up into squares and just delicious!

That's just so great the song in that video...no wonder the lemon creeps were extra good because of his singing!

It demonstrates some ethical issues re recycling and buying local produce etc are being addressed. The various causes are gaining in popularity, but the huge huge challenge is to get folk to eat healthily.

In the good old days my mum said, enjoy a well balanced diet. She was a great cook and my brother and I are still around

A giant apple fritter and industrial-strength chai for breakfast. The fritter is amazing -- tender yet crispy, really apple-y. It's also as big as my face. I gobbled up one, but have another to measure against my face, lol. They should make air freshener out of the smell alone.

I'm bereft: Apple fritters are all gone. But the thought of getting more is pushing me toward getting cleaned up and out of the house. I'm surrounded by moving boxes and no food.
