Another person (small operation) would put the graded eggs in flats.

The process is called "candling". A lot can be determined about the condition of the egg this way.

I've pulled rank on the galley staff. Sent them to the long table with a flask of Ambrosia while I whip up Fajitas!



A dash of lime and sriracha, and I'll bet even the Cylons stop shooting to get a taste of down home Tauron cooking.

That's a good sign that twinkles is going to return. Seems to bring back memories when I was a kid enjoying a Twinkie or one of those apple pies! I also loved those little snack cakes by by Little Debbie's I think they were called? Those were delish too!

Speaking of food-the baby shower luncheon was a success! We had the fixings to make tacos, burritos, salad. Along with fruit, chocolate cake, cheese cake and magic bars! Great party, but I'm stuffed!
