How do you delete useless icons??

Huh. I went to SBSettings>More>Hide Icons. ... Now I remember why I have the separate Poof icon/app. SBSettings crashes whenever I try to run Poof through it. Dunno why...

Either way, it IS a moot point if you aren't jailbroke.

To delete unwanted Apps, Touch and hold the App Icon for 3 seconds. All App Icons will jiggle with a red 'x' sign on the top left. Touch the 'X' sign and the App is removed.

To stop running Apps: press home button twice, you will see all tuning Apps at the bottom. Touch any for 3 seconds and all will jiggle with a red minus sign. Touch the minus sign and the App is removed from memory.

Yea I was just about to say poof comes in sbsettings. Most people don't know if you have sbsettings on your iPad, you can go into the sbsettings/more/options and set the sbsettings page to fall down the middle, instead of it dropping on the upper left side.

They are talking about the built in Apple apps.

Err, no kidding.

I stated in the op that that procedure didn't work for the apps I'm talking about..............
