We don't have many privileges! She enjoyed her college visit by the way! It wasn't as bad as she thought it would be.

Had our fete last night as well, good turnout, although I only had 3 students from my tutor group help out. Everyone seems to have an excuse when there is work to be done.

Sadly I think laziness is the latest disease infecting all. Very busy few week ahead. Wife coming home for 3 weeks in 11 days. Free food parcels still incoming. Gotta love it. Otherwise well thanks.

We had a good sports day yesterday but I don't remember my friends getting tired after just one race. Are the kids nowadays getting more and more unfit? They are flaked just walking across the road. One tutor group didn't even enter their girls because they didn't have any who wanted to run! I'm ashamed of my gender sometimes!

I remember running around the track 11times just for the fun and challenge of it. Long time ago for me but I still remember doing it. We had traditional houses, mine was yellow and we wore yellow t-shirts. Nowadays they just wear the pe kit and somehow there is no sense of belonging anymore. I must be getting old!

So the Wii (the name creased me up) fit isn't so...... ! ?

I prefer my exercise in real time and real places outdoors. I get bored with gymns etc.

I remember doing the yearly school cross country race, I got half way round and into the wooded section where we couldn't be seen, did a quick left and headed home to eat junk and watch tv!

Funny you should say that, my hubby said exactly the same thing, his house was on the route and they never checked! I was the silly buggar who did it! I was good at 100m, 200m, 400m, 600m and 800m but hurdles were beyond me! I'm 5ft 2". I loved long jump and high jump until I got too short! Once I ran 11 laps of the track just for fun. God, those were the days when I was skinny!
