iPAD2 vs XOOM?which one do you think?

I don't know if it's worth giving up my ipad2 and getting the new motorola xoom tablet?I was @ staples today and I was checkin out the xoom..I gotta say it does feel heavier than the ipad2..but the camera and the features on the xoom are amazing...so now I don't know if I should give it my ipad2 or not..Ive been hearing that the honeycomb on the xoom may have some problems...so it's confusing on what to do? What do you think?
