Is there any hacks for the ipad game modern war?

I'm really desperate for a hack for this game. There is a hacker constantly harrasing my base, and its really impossible to play when your getting raided by a hacker. I can't beat him or do anything to stop him. At this point hacks are my only option. Thanks for any help
