Live video streaming help required

Dear All

Its my first post in the forum.Kindly guide me.

On my laptop (with windows 7), I am using windows media encoder for live video brodcasting that can be watched direcly from my web site using Internet Explorer.
Now kindly guide me how to perforrm the same task on my IPAD2.
