I have a 12 Mbit d/l connection in my home, but TV episode downloads seem to take forever. I have run several speed tests and consistently get 10-12 mbits/sec. I've tried downloading via Itunes on my computer and also straight onto my Ipad, but both download super slow.
When I download a half hour HD TV episode (~900 mb), it takes upwards of 40 minutes to download. At 10mbits per second, it should only take 90 seconds.
Why is it downloading so slow and how do I fix the problem?
