My iphon 3GS isn't letting me update stuff it says it does like I confirm password ect and then it goes to said app an the app disappears and then is right back not updated -_-

Something is playing up here and the first step is to close the offending app completely and then relaunch it and in this case it seems to be the App store app. From the home screen double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPhone run smoothly. See if it is now working and let us know.
