I don't know what I did but I'm getting emails for my subscribed posts.
This never happened before so I assume I activated something.?
Also what does the green or red dots indicate beside the Avatar

It would be worth going into the iPad Forum network site. Go into settings on the top menu - scroll down and under the section "My settings" select general settings then look at messaging and notifications - change the various settings to your preferences.

thanks Richard...you are a gentleman

I have seen the new blackberry touchscreen without key board yesterday in car phone ware house, it was caged in metal security bars, looks like an iPhone copy on the outside, the operating system seemed decent, responses were fluid and on the key board when you type in it prompt up several word options. Should have taken picture yesterday. I agree with AA that competition is healthy and it will keep apple on their track instead of getting complacent

The St. Albert's cheese factory, just east of Ottawa, is on fire and likely will not be saved.

Cheese made here is sold across Canada. Its "cheese curds" are famous and are often used to top "poutine" one of Canada's famous dishes.

A sad end for a business and the livelihood of those who worked there. Did you use their cheese, Admiral?

While I was in the dentist's waiting room yesterday I was looking through the autumn 2012 edition of the Audi magazine. One of their journalists, Dylan Jones, wrote a rather nice essay about iPad. I have tried to find the article on the Internet without any luck I even downloaded the magazine app from iTunes and still no luck.

Now I don't know whether this article is in the International edition of the magazine however any UK readers should visit an Audi showroom and ask for a copy of magazine. The article is on page 39, and the strapline is "my iPad 3 has almost become my mistress as I spend more time with her than anyone other than my wife."

Perhaps I should try and contact Dylan via the Internet to see whether he would publish a copy of this excellent article on the forum. Of course being such a lover of iPad, he could very well be a former member! ;)

Ok that explains why I don't have the iPad article because the Audi magazine I picked up on Friday from the Audi dealer in green park is the winter edition, not the autumn edition. However the autumn edition has an article on the new apple campus in Cupertino that's being built or at least proposed, anyways here is some pictures of the article from the winter edition Audi magazine

120 people are out of work. It's believed the value of the product lost exceeds $3 million CDN.

Sad sad day. Sorry to hear this. This happened in our town too. Most of the people were relocated or were made redundant.

Yes, very sad. How long was the company in production? Hopefully they can start afresh somewhere.
