A new trick for me and I didn't know this until I searched for it is if you accidentally closed a tab just hold down the + button and you'll see at least 5 tabs you recently closed. Just select the tab you want restored and walla your tab has been restored.

Are you speaking about Safari? What tabs?

Yes, Safari. In the top right, hold down on the + sign (new tab) and it will pop up with five most recent closed sites.

Fairly new to the iPad and I really love it, but I was wondering - where do y'all find new music? iTunes is OK but I'm not a big fan of how it works. I did find http://kazagold.com while looking for other good sites to download legal DRM-free music but I'm open to good suggestions especially since I'm more into lesser-known artists that don't always have a huge selection on the major sites like iTunes. Any suggestions would be welcome - thanks!

Most of my music comes from ripped CDs. I find CDs too inconvenient, so I'm gradually ripping my entire collection and dumping them into iTunes.

I use a program on the PC called CDex for ripping.

Just curious; why do you use the CDex app instead of ripping them directly in iTunes. What's the benefit?

Habit. I used CDex before iTunes became mainstream. My player then was WinAmp. I also like to keep a copy outside of iTunes, and transfer stuff in when I've finished working on tags.

Thanks. I wondered for a day before I asked, but the itch wouldn't go away. ;)

Double tap the shift key. When it turns blue caps are locked.
