Today was a perfect day. I went to a little deli and was wonderfully comfortable sitting in the shade by a stream having lunch. 80 degrees and sunny. Bobbi

That sounds just lovely Bobbi!

A very nice day here also, although a little cooler at 68° but the sun is shining and a gentle breeze is rustling my trees!

Monday and Tuesday were 106f (41c). I drank a lot of water on Tuesday, but did strenuous work out in the shade. Ended up with a headache lasting 18 hours. It was worth it, but I don't want to go through it again.
Today was only 102f. (39c). It felt much better.
