Just finished playing around looking for new stuff.

The wallpaper setup has changed a bit. You can now zoom out more but you lose the parallax feature if you do so too much. It shows up as the ability to turn Perspective Zoom ON/OFF. Manually zooming out also turns the feature on/off. You can watch it change as you zoom and scroll, so you get a feel for what the limits are if you want to keep the parallax effect.

If you have Reduce Motion turned on in the accessibility settings the new control does not show up, but you get the extra zoom out space.

I don't think you get quite as much control as you had in iOS 6, but it's a lot closer. That should make some people happier, if not completely happy.
