I don't usually see my rabbits when it is light enough for a good photo. I saw 3 today. They eat leftovers at the bird feeders - if the squirrels have left anything.

Your rabbits haven't turned white yet. Are they late where you live?

I don't think they change. All 3 just look like the photo. They usually don't show up until it's almost dark. I've also seen them late at night.

The rabbits where I live started changing well before the snow came.

I haven't posted in my own thread in a while...I was hoping to have some beautiful snow scene shots, but we haven't had any since Christmas.

However, we did have a herd of 7 deer come through the backyard about 3 days ago. In addition, a male cardinal has been resting under one of our pines all day today.

Thank you, Richard! The cardinal in all his brilliance really caught my eye first in the morning when I was getting ready to leave. Surprisingly he was still under the pine for me to take a picture when I came back in the late afternoon. Then, 5 minutes later he flew off!

EyeC...that's a lovely view you have with all the snow covered bushes! Wish we had just a little snow. It doesn't seem right that we are into the Winter season and we can see the green of our grass! Thank you for sharing!

Some parts of Michigan has been very warm and without snow..this includes my area. Since the lack of snow and warm temperatures the last few days, this morning the squirrels were having a hayday!
