I hope you find this picture of moose tracks on our cabin porch interesting. The moose actually climbed on the porch and walked into the woods from it, instead going around the porch.

:)

If you keep posting pictures like this Alaska is going to get VERY crowded. :)

Sweet! It would be nice to see you here.

Did you see the picture of the moose eating someone's groceries outside a store? LOL.
I posted it on image/photo thread. (Last time I looked, it was the only picture there.)

How do I get pictures posting smaller or as a thumbnail ?

I try to load through the picture icon above. Sometimes it accepts the picture, sometimes it don't work.

No, that's not mine. I don't go to Akaska...yet. I could be tempted though.

The tanks are probably headed for the oil fields. I've no idea what most of the stuff is for. Oilfield installations are built and transported in modules so that its easier to install them onsite. Like a giant Lego kit.

So you haven't reach verse 4 of the American version of this - yet, Kevin :D. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I've_Been_Everywhere

Better traveled than me. I have an Australian version of it. It's not exactly what the original songwriter had in mind. 'nuff said.

This is how Asian I am: When I saw the photo, it looked liked two giant rice cookers to me, lol.

You never know, Kay. There is a very long history of Asian workers in Alaska, particularly in the salmon canning industry.
