Not unless you measure the length of a razor blade in yards. It's located permanently outside. You probably have several of these yourself. It is horizontal.

Looks like an overhead fluorescent lighting unit. The first pic is one that's in the process of warming up or the tubes need to be replaced. The second is a fully functional unit.

It is a fluorescent light fixture. The pictures wear taken seconds apart, with the first photo being taken second.

A self propelled hydraulic scissor lift, probably used in the studio to set up the lights. It could also be used as an aerial camera platform.
