What is the best Hay Day tip?

I have created this thread to give fresh ideas to beginners as well as advanced players from others experiences. Whether it be in regards to making money, earning XP, filling truck/boat orders etc. What is the single best tip you could give to any Hay Day player?

For example mine would be: You do not have to fill every boat order, if you feel it will be too hard to complete then send the boat away before filling any crates.

Every new player should go into advanced options and turn on diamond confirmations before they do anything the scarecrow says in the tutorial. also all the speed up requests the scarecrow says to do in the tutuorial are optional and can be ignored. just let the time pass and save your diamonds.

Don't pay 1 diamond to trash a sale - you don't get the goods back. Rather advertise it and wait for someone to buy it - even if it's Greg or Tom after 24 hours.

Grab any barn expansion material that you see. (also silo; land expansion, but less immediately a concern)
