I have just finished setting up a nice big 5.1 system in the house. I'm listening to everything I own all at once. This is awesome. Honestly.
Working on Grand Funk Red at the moment. Mendelssohn is next.
BTW, I'm an old guy.

You're not old you're seasoned. I'm crusty and cantankerous but I try not to be too hard on myself.

Welcome to iPF.

BTW ... This ....

That and "Good singing,' good playin.'" I love them both. I saw them on the "Closer to Home" tour. A senior in High School in Seattle. Like doing 200 mph in a convertible, top down, for two hours straight. I will never forget that night. I was 18.

Mozart: Requiem. Berlin Philharmonic, Von Karajan. DG LP, 1975.

I was just listening to the Chris Evans show on radio two. Gary Barlow and Alfie Boe were his guests. Alfie was singing live Radio Gaga other numbers.
I hope this show will appear on the radio two website for listening to. if it does then listen to the sector after 9 o'clock in the morning - it's brilliant. :)

The show is now available online through the BBC iRadio site. We enjoyed listening to Alfie again.
