Well, now your avatar really shows how you are feeling. You can do one thing. You can cross check with somebody other than Yana by sending a ticket from the GI website. Describe you problem fully because I have put forward only an indirect question.

I have been dealing with Eugene lately. But I imagine there's a whole list of people behind those names. The amount of tickets they must be getting makes me think there's a huge department for technical problems.

I don't know how I again got that Yana. She says it does affect. I asked her what to do if apple devices autochange time zone or we do not change it at all and asked her to develop some system which is independent on the time zone of your device. BTW, did you travel somewhere lately?
