Still don't have mine but for the low happiness not really worth the trouble.

Just got mine..70 tea, 17 eclairs and 64 cottage cheese....for 1300 happiness....lol...are they joking?

i had my mills and convectionary factories in storage. When I got the challenge, I needed 34 teas, 17 eclairs and 108 cottage cheese. I have 8 dairy factories so it should not be a big deal. Just make sure you have the administration building with spare slots.

Save up city credits and buy the twin wind turbine when it comes on sale (about once a month)
Once you get that, get the big power plant next time, and you'll be all set for your electricity needs

Do the Home Alone achievement now while your population is low. My population was pretty high when I first started reading the forum and didn't want to go backwards to get it. For that achievement you get all your people out of town with taxis and buses except one!

Hold back on spending real cash. After a while you should be offered a really good deal for silly money, but not if you have already spent money.

that's nothing to get down to 1. It's easier if you have at least 5 cabs, vans or busses.
