Big Business - game discussion

That's a big forget about it baby. Lol. I'm in Baltimore tonight and I had a few. I stopped playing full time on this. But in a moment of weakness I'm looking here. I think I started the hydro many many weeks ago. It's nice when things are slow, something to work on, you know. Only way to complete on time is to spend credits. Unless your willing to do that just go ahead and start it. Let the BB bond go meg. Just play when you really have spare time to kill. Don't kill you life on this game by getting caught up in the rigid structure of the game. Break loose. Let a ship or two go. Don't finish a daily. You will find the sun still comes up tomorrow. Sorry for the drunken rant, please don't take any offense. Good luck to ya, and I'm sure our ships will pass in the night. Mine is easy to see, it's only half full floating high. Lol [ city name: Sprawlville level 65 player: GAB IV from western mass USA need hammers ]

Lol! So true!! I've been so busy with work lately I've barely had time to play anyways. It's been weeks since I've sent a full ship out :-(

this Halloween event is not achievable, even with paying city credits. The drops of items are not enough from the buildings. The upgrades didn't seem to help either. You even need 100 of the units you need to upgrade the buildings. Spend you time more productively like getting the port filed. The cost of the happiness buildings to buy for city credits is rediculous. I got all 5 of my motocycle clubs by producing items, not buying them with city credits. That philosophy of selling buildings that were originally obtained by producing goods is becoming the norm. They did it also with the printing shop for an outrageous price that they claim is a discount. The prizes from the pumpkin are useful items to get, just don't spend city credits to get the larger prize because it really is not worth the cost. Save your city credits for when the big power plant comes around. I am saving the city credits for the metal mine and processing plant and I even bought all the trucks and armored trucks to support those items. I must go now, ranting is getting my blood pressure up.

I agree with you. GI has outdone itself with this event. No way can you even get close to the goal of building the castle. 1 day in and I have 4/400 pumpkins. At this rate drop it will take a year to complete it. Just going for the pumpkin prizes and will not be spending $ on going for the large prize. They are taking all the enjoyment out of the game. I can only guess that the future events will only be more of the same. I have the metal mine and processing plant and love the profits from them. Worth getting with your cc.

I'm doing a little better with pumpkins, but not by much. I figure I'll just see how many medium gifts I can acquire for the different items in each one. As entertainment buildings go; the Cave, Hut, and Alter are some of the worst. I tend to value entertainment buildings on happiness/energy, and these buildings are some of the lowest I've got.

i trashed them last year because they were low value to me. But with the upgrades they become a little better and may be worth keeping this time.

The Witch's Hut gets some points for style, so I might keep that. But even the ultimate prize, the Vampire castle isn't all that great. 1000 coins every 6 hours is meh at best, and the happiness to energy ratio of 4500/90=50; while good for your average entertainment building, is only so-so for one you have to beat yourself to death to acquire.

Just fat fingered a 2,000,000 upgrade to my warehouse. Ouch, that hurt!

Is there a reason for the elixirs to stay in our storage even after we collect from the pumpkin?
