Me too!!!! I haven't been able to play either and my "new" level 1 city has gotten all the free city credits. I'm nervous I won't see my city ever again. I'm very curious as to what GI's response/answer is going to be...

Okay so how are you collecting coffee cups I've been stuck on that part of that challenge for about five days now and I haven't collected one coffee cup !

I just purchased the rock wall and parachute tower and they aren't checked on mine. Sent a ticket to GI.

Uh oh, same here; just purchased the motor cycle club, and no tick. In fact, the only one that IS ticked is the rollercoaster that I purchased some time ago. I wonder if it's not counting buildings that go straight to storage, rather than accruing any actual construction time? If so, that would be remarkably unclear and incredibly unfair.

I can confirm if you buy and move to storage they do not count. I had plenty of surplus cc from my container port so bought another building and instead of moving into storage like last time, i placed straight into ny city. Green tick straight away. More deceptive inadequate dialogue from GI. They should tell us moving into storage wont count towards the rewards.

I bought the climbing wall for 142!!!!!! Can you believe it? No discount for me. And of course it is not checked so I cant get the free building. Submitted a ticket. This game is a bug fest.
