You will need to make waffles for the second challenge and tortillas for the third, so you need Sweet Waffle Cafe and Sombrero Restaurant.

Btw, if you guys want to build 2 of each buildings, make sure you make enough waffles before you finish your second building because after that you won't be able to use waffles. The only available golden turkey will ask for tortillas. I had to bake bread and grow veggies for my second. Now I am thinking of upgrading all six buildings (using the special items to speed up the upgrades), which should help with the challenge (time halved). Hopefully I will not get screwed by yet another bug. Compare:

Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh! Oh no! I lost my game too! It just shut down and now i have a new city!?! Is this the end for junkerton?!? What do we do?

Just plug into you computer and will reset to the last time you backed up your computer. I back mine up everyday since this happened to me and i was able to fix it

Yep mine is gone too. I had mine up and running and it shut down on its own. When I restarted it I was at the very beginning again.

Alwways back up to your computer so when it happeneds you can plug it in and restore you back up. I back mine up everyday

If you loose your game. You need to always back up your ipad atleaset every 1 or2 days. When you loose it just plug in ad hit the restore button and you will be good to go

My game just reset to the beginning. I was level 48 and have spent nearly $100 on my progress. Has this happened to anyone else and if so can it be rectified?

Keep your ipad backed upped to your computer. I back mine up everyday. When this happenes just plug into computer and hit the restore back up and the game will reset to your last bac up

Pretty much an impossible quest unless you have the three special factories. I only have the bakery, so struggling to get enough apples for part 2.

I guess this is how GI pushes people to buy special factories for cc's. I have 100 cc but I'm a new player and I'm not sure how to invest these yet.

I had all of mine in wh so I think you have to keep them. It has been a while since I did it so if anyone has done it recently did you keep yours in wh?

Just like to say thank you, to anyone who sent me gifts, While my game was frozen at level one
GI has just reinstalled my game, Amazing, I've almost forgot how to play, it's taken that long
But I guess I should be thankful for small miracles............
