Big Business - game discussion

Ah I see. I'm busy producing Parquet for all the other buildings so I can get things to drop quicker.... Might need to think about storing some then for the Park. Any info on how many Jekstrom? Name: Rikmondo (no more spending) City name: Rikville Level. 63 Needs: hammers, please.
about 5 or 6 for the three buildings for each upgrade, I do not know the upgrades for the final building.

I'm getting close to meeting the park requirements, been a hard slog. Has anyone completed the park and can confirm what is exactly required for the upgrades? Help appreciated.

I do not know for certain as I have not got there yet but there is a definite progression with the other 3 buildings going up by 1 each time which would mean 6 parquet for the first upgrade and 7 for the 2nd. Does the upgrades have to be done within the 7 days or do you just have to have the building and upgrade later?

This is very sound advice from Jekstrom. I have four solar power plants now, all of which I purchased in sales, and I've never yet had an energy issue in BB. (In fact, I'm still only at 18338/23340 energy-wise). Also means I don't have lots of land taken up by wind turbines (currently only have 2 x wind farms and 3 x wind turbines, and 2x smaller solar energy plants).

If only building up population levels was this easy! :-)

Thanks again. It's great to have a goal. This way I don't needlessly waste my hard earned cc's! :)

The three buildings can be upgraded whenever you wish, the Cranberry park -- probably only during the event, as usual. It remains to be seen what is needed. My guess-- more nuts-grapes-oranges which will be painful and pretty much impossible for a normal player. In 2 days we will see the famous suitcases [insert rolling eyes here].

Has anyone removed a module to put in a different one? Do you get to keep it or do you then lose it?

So to upgrade the cranberry Turkey Park to level 2 you need 30 cranberry, 20 nuts and 10 oranges.....so only obtainable within the competition window...

Ouch. Just lost out on a modules task by 3 units of energy. I have a big square battery sitting in my storage that says +500; it tells me that I need to activate it by going to the missions window and tapping the lighting button near my energy indicator. I haven't the foggiest idea what this actually means. I've tried tapping everything I can see, the little lightning flash, the plus sign on the energy indicator. All I ever get is Ms. Smugface popping up asking me if I want to spend 6 city credits replenishing energy; no, I'd like to use my battery ta very much!
Where am I going wrong? What are we supposed to do to use this thing?

I am still stuck halfway through the tutorial and still cannot recover my game :( GI support is so inept it is unbelievable! I am starting to think of other options now and was wondering if any of you have thoughts on them:

1. Delete the app (along with app data) entirely from my iPad and reinstall the game. Do you know if this will pretty much wipe me off from GI's servers? Or will it maintain my information and hopefully put me through the tutorial again, this time allowing me to actually complete it?

2. Doing a restore from my computer. I think the last time I backup up to the computer was a couple of months back so I know I will lose a lot of progress, but it is still better than a complete reset to the beginning.

Any thoughts?

I tried all those options and none worked.

Just received an email from GI requesting my support ID for the game. I sent it to them and received an email to restart my game and I'd receive the restore option. Yippee I'm back in the game. Sure could use some pie as gifts. Thanks everyone.

When you deleted your app and reinstalled, did the support id change? If so, how does GI know that you are who you are when they restore your account to prior progress level?
