I'm getting a new ipad next week, and need some guidance transferring over the game. Ipad 3 to ipad air. If I install BB on the ipad air, will my game status remain the same, or do I have to do something special so as not to lose my progress? I really don't want to start this game from scratch. Do I have to contact BB support and get them to resync my game?

I'm sure this has been discussed previously but has anyone got a chart, or know where one is, which shows the profitability of each factory, taking into account time to produce and also time to produce the ingredients. It's come to the stage now where each land purchase is over a million coins, warehouses are 3million coins each to upgrade and the admin building is now over 2.5 million coins to upgrade. So now need to maximise my productions times and costs.

Got a message yesterday warning me not to cheat by changing the time. They say if I do it again all my people will run away, whatever that means. The fact is I have not cheated. I didn't fly to a different time zone.
If I lose any part of my game I will be furious. I have asked GI to justify this message with proof I have cheated. If I am doing something wrong, I want to know how so I can avoid doing it again.
Has anyone else experienced this.

Odd. Someone else mentioned on this forum a month ago that they had been accused of cheating and were banned. They also had no clue what they had done. I don't know how to handle this especially if there were no time zone traveling. Good luck in your battles.

My Airport City game was blocked by GI for 'time travelling'. A lot of other A/C forum members had the same problem and none of us know what we did wrong specifically, except for one player who travelled to a different time zone and her iPad automatically adjusted the time. All of us sent tickets to GI about this and nobody got anywhere. They just tell you to start the game from scratch because they 'cannot unblock your game'!
A few months ago they reinstated the banned android players but the iPad players are still stuck.
I remember GI telling us they have found a way to catch cheaters and 'it is working perfectly'.
In my experience they just send you stock emails that don't really answer specific questions. They close your tickets without ever fixing the problem, or keep giving you non-answers hoping you'll go away.
