Dowloading file from within Safari?

Evening all,
I have a jail broken iPad 1 and I want to download files in safari (for example downloading a rom file). Downloader for safari says my iOS is not supported. Is there another browser or some way I can download these files? I have iFile already on the pad.

Look up Safari Download Enabler in search of Cydia. It'll be located around in Documents of your directory. Some other Safari download tweaks won't work if you're already on iOS 5.x .
