Food anyone?

I make a great easy dip.
I x tin of butter beans drained,or any white bean.
3 x rashers of bacon chopped and sautéed
2 cloves of garlic in with the bacon
2 stalks of fresh rosemary
Add the sautéed bacon and garlic to the beans ,add picked( off the stalk) rosemary leaves
A few big slugs of olive oil salt and pepper
Blitz with a wand
Best dip in town
Serve with another drizzle of oil and a sprig of rosemary
Can add a handful of Parmesan cheese if you wish to make a variation.
Delish

Sorry Hayley it's a bamix hand blender or any brand hand held stick blender.
Much better than the clunky machines ,and easy to wash.
Just rinse

Don't worry Julie, my fantastically wonderful hubby bought me a Kenwood Chef titanium mixer a couple of years ago and it's my little shiny baby. My mum had a Kenwood mixer and I've always wanted one. It cost £300/400 but it was definitely worth it. My two girls and I use it all the time but a wand however would be the icing on the cake, so to speak.

Korean tonight -- bibimbap, with the usual tableful of side dishes.

Vietnamese for lunch -- pho and spring rolls, the rice paper kind.

Love pho, too.

The only drawback if it's served up right -- rich, fragrant and hot -- is that it's like getting a pho steam bath. I walk out afterward smelling like a Vietnamese restaurant, lol.

I was craving gummy bears and found that my neighborhood market sells the brand I'll eat, but only in a 3-pound bag. So I'm now pouring vodka over my extra gummy bears to see how this turns out:

Get Really Drunk Off Gummi Bears

My daughters do this. But they just put the gummy bears in a bottle of vodka for days on end, and it colors the vodka too. They've tried the individual colors to find the flavor they like the best. Lol. I thought it was only my girls who would do something like this, gummy bears have always been their favorite lolly. I make rocky road each Christmas and one year I couldn't work out why it was so chewy, yep unknown to me they had added gummy bears. Putting them in ice cream is another favorite of theirs, but boy do they get hard! Hope you enjoy your concoction!
